XII International Congress on Rehabilitation Research

The National Institute of Rehabilitation Luis Guillermo Ibarra Ibarra (INRLGII) is pleased to invite you to participate in the XII International Congress on Rehabilitation Research (XII CIIR), which will be held with a hybrid format from November 18 to 21, 2025, under the central theme:

PAIN AND INFLAMMATION

This event will bring together national and international experts in the field of rehabilitation and will feature:

There, you will find all relevant information regarding fees, payment methods, and registration procedures.

Pre-congress Courses

Pre-congress activities will take place on November 13 and 14, 2025, one week before the main event, and are included with the registration fee.

Abstracts categories

The academic and scientific community is invited to submit original unpublished research in the following areas:

✔Sociomedicine
✔Health education
✔Basic research
✔Technology and Innovation

Submission and Evaluation Process

Abstract submission opens: April 14, 2025

Abstract submission deadline: July 18, 2025

Submission platform: https://ciir.inr.gob.mx, following the guidelines provided on the website.

Evaluation: A scientific committee on each area will review and select the submissions to be presented. The committee will determine their presentation format either oral or poster. Abstracts will be reviewed blindly by independent reviewers who will score the abstract on its originality and novelty, significance; methods description, outcomes and its impact.

Notification of acceptance: September 8 – September 22, 2025 (via email).

Accepted abstracts will be published in a supplement of the journal Investigación en Discapacidad. Authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement for publication.
